The terms for using DashRocks services, including tracking, consent, data, and automation engagements.

Services

DashRocks delivers analytics, tracking, consent/CMP, BigQuery/data engineering, pixels/CAPI, exports, and automation services according to mutually agreed scopes and timelines.

Customer Obligations

You provide accurate inputs, timely feedback, and required access (GTM/GA4, pixels, data sources). You ensure compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

Data & Privacy

We process data only to deliver the services and honor your configured privacy controls and consent rules. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Fees & Payment

Fees and payment terms are defined in the engagement. Invoices follow the agreed schedule. Late payments may pause work until resolved.

Warranties & Liability

Services are provided “as-is” with commercially reasonable skill. Liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant services. No indirect or consequential liability.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within a reasonable notice period, or for convenience if defined in the engagement. Outstanding fees remain due for completed work.
